Caring for your purchase How to care for your purchase Just like you, our beautiful jewellery does need to be looked after. We have compiled a list of hints and tips for you on how to care for your Angels Crafts jewellery, so it will look as lovely as the day you received it. *Skin and hair products can react with jewellery causing it to tarnish, discolour and possibly corrode. We strongly advise applying any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewellery. *Remove any jewellery before engaging in any form of physical exercise. Be it at the gym, gardening or cleaning, as this will ensure our delicate jewellery is not accidentally damaged.

Custom & Personalised orders
At Angel's Crafts each piece of jewellery is lovingly hand crafted. Custom made pieces are available for purchase from the website are made specially to order, therefore I ask that you please be aware of our delivery times. Please allow a possible 1 - 2 weeks from the date that you place your order, until your jewellery is dispatched for delivery. All other jewellery will be dispatched for delivery within 1 week.*

Packaging
Your order will be dispatched in a plain white large letter ( post box size) cardboard box, or a grey plastic postage bag, with bubble wrap. A rigid card insert is also used to help prevent damage in transit. Jewellery is packaged in an organza drawstring bag, or acid free wrapping which is packaged in protective bubble wrapping. I aim to use use recyclable products wherever possible.

Online order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order placed online Please email , [email protected] Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the return instructions included in your parcel upon receipt. Providing that a Return Number has been requested within 14 days of receipt, (your returns number will always be wrote on the returns sheet and sent with your package) then your original postage costs will be refunded along with the full cost of the item. Returning faulty goods
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us via email so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery. Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Angels Crafts and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of Angels Crafts receiving your return. All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

Returning goods (International)
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process. If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.

At Angel’s Crafts we are committed to maintain the trust and compliance of visitors to our site. Information such as your email, address, name & contact details, is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. Data is collected upon ordering and is retained within in-house electronic records (word) using a password protected device for a period of 12 months. After this time all data is deleted with no intention from Angel’s Crafts to use this again. Under GDPR you are entitled to view, amend or request deletion of any of your personal data that we hold. Jewellery care: A free jewellery care information sheet is sent with each purchase. Alterations: All jewellery can be adapted to suit your requirements, free of charge.
